I know I ain't no plastic surgeon but I put a few dollars down to bet Tiny aka TI'S baby mama had a serious nose job. Boy that nose changed her whole face. Here is a picture of her with her daughter at her baby shower. Yes she is with child to and that nose ain't spread across her face. Wowwww material for the day!

Yeah, I agree Kay...bet she had a nose job too. There is something really different about her but in a POSITIVE way, I don't really her looking this descent.....
